Our rack plating line has been upgraded with new computer programmable hoists giving us tighter process control and reduced scrap.
We used to worry about operators leaving your product in our process tanks beyond minimum/maximum dwell times, properly adjusting rectifier settings, or missing an important step—no
more! Our new automated system uses computer programmable hoists to control each process step. We've seen a dramatic improvement in process control and scrap reduction.
